1. How long does it normally takes to ship out items once payment is made?
All order usually will send out within 3-7 working days except Monday.
2. If order placed before 12am Tuesday to Sunday, we will deliver next day within 10am - 5pm.
As for the special order products, we will arrange to send out based on the availability.
3. How soon can I get my items?
Once we send out, you will likely to receive your order within 2-3 working days within Malaysia; 3-5 working days before or during peak season.
